Trade partner system whenever available, using flat file integration methodology. It is handy in product recall management; provides option to quickly trace the product upstream/Trace Forward (farm-to-fork) and downstream/Trace Backward (retailer-to-farm)
in a supply chain. The solution ensures fast and accurate product recall notification avoiding the widespread impact of the recall. It also provides exception based solutions and alerts via HCL’s CXO dashboard to enable transparency and visibility across management
team.
