Quloud Copy is a cloud-based service which allows users to copy data between different cloud storage providers. Quloud Copy handles the entire transfer process between cloud storage providers. There is no need to download and upload yourself in order to switch between cloud providers. In addition, Quloud Copy can be used to copy data within the same cloud provider, but to different storage accounts*. You can also use Quloud Copy to "mirror" your data so you have 2 or more copies of your data on separate cloud storage providers or within the same storage provider, from separate accounts. This can be useful in cases where a cloud provider may go down or be unable to reach a geographic location, having a copy of your data elsewhere can save the day!

Through the use of this service, Quilnet Solutions (“Licensor”) grants the user (“Licensee”) a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Quloud Copy (“The Service”) for the duration of which an active subscription is provided. By logging in and using The Service, the Licensee agrees to these terms:

GENERAL

The Licensee is allowed to use the service for the duration that an active license is provided. The Licensee may not use the service for illegal or unlawful use.

OWNERSHIP

The Licensor retains ownership of The Service, which includes, but is not limited to, code in all forms, design, execution process, content, images, information, and data within The Service. The Licensee does not have any rights of ownership of any part of The Service.

LIMITATIONS

The Licensee may not,

• Disable, overstress, disassemble, reverse-engineer, or lower the quality for other users or in any way reduce the enjoyment of the service for other customers.

• Bypass, countermine, reduce or impair the security of The Service. The Licensee is confined to the limitations of The Service.

LOSS

Quilnet Solutions is in no way responsible for any loss incurred by the use of this software, either directly or indirectly. Any loss is described as a loss, either physical or logical, data, property, financial, or any other loss. The user assumes responsibility for their data while using The Service.
