Please check these TOS periodically for changes. The most current version of these TOS can be found at https://auth0.com/tos. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of changes to these Terms will mean you accept those changes. You may only access or use the Service if you agree to these terms. Auth10 is not liable or can be held responsible for any changes in third party applications and interoperability can be broken temporarily or permanently. Furthermore, Auth10 has no commitments to ensuring the working condition of any custom extensions built by you that use the Auth10 APIs.
Auth10 and the Service is operated from its facilities in the United States. Those accessing or using the Service from other jurisdictions do so at their own volition and are entirely responsible for compliance with local law, including but not limited to export and import regulations.
The Service implements commercially reasonable technical measures designed to secure your personal information, configuration and all information you store on the Service from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration or disclosure. However, we cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never be able to defeat those measures or use your personal information and for improper purposes. All supplied information is provided at your own risk.
